RAIDL is committed to improving education and community development in the urban slums and underprivileged rural areas. In recognizing the critical role of sanitary pads in a girl’s life and challenges it brings about to their academic success, forcing them into sex exploitation, child prostitution and or early marriages not forgetting unwanted pregnancies that may eventually shutter their academic dreams or exposing them to other infections like HIV/AIDS and STIs. Our pads for every girl project aims to address this menace by providing sanitary pads to at least 10,000 underprivileged school going girls in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Vihiga and Kakamega Counties between June and December 2024. By donating $10 you shall have helped us purchase a healthy sanitary pads pack for a school going girl for the remaining part of the year. Probably this is all a female child needs somewhere to feel accomplished in their pursuit to education.
