Under this Program, RAIDL is determined to setting an agenda for the youth/ women in leadership and disadvantaged groups in enabling them take up their rightful place in society by offering them skills development and capacity building/mentorship programs to enable them stand up for what they believe in, hold their democratically elected leaders accountable and responsible, speak against injustices and crimes perpetrated by those in power and promote a free democratic environment/space where every person prides in their ability to be part of the change they all deserve. RAIDL shall push for an open and free society where every person and community appreciates their ability and culture to become change agents.
