Mr. Asienga Ebole – Board Member of the Regional Agency for International Development and Leadership – RAIDL. Mr. Asienga Ebole is a registered Architect under the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) Kenya, a Corporate Member and former council member, of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), Architects Chapter and a founder member of the Construction Project Management Chapter. He Certified Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management (Axelos) and a Member, of ProjectManagement Institute, PMI, USA.

Mr Asienga’s Professional objective is to promote efficiency and knowledge in the development and management of physical infrastructure encompassing design,
construction and post-construction period.

Mr Asienga is a registered Architect and Project Manager with 27 years of professional experience. Specialist in project management, design and supervision of construction of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Project management experience includes policy formulation, feasibility, scope formulation, co-ordinating design, definition and management of construction inputs,
establishing plans and procedures to maintain time, cost and quality control, project risk identification and management, management of project teams and stakeholders.

Mr Asienga holds an M.A. in Construction and Project Management, from the University of Nairobi. Bachelor of Architecture (Hons), University of Nairobi. Certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit (EIA/EA), Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Project Management Certificate Program: The Kerzner Approach to Project Management Excellence, International Institute of Learning, Inc. (USA). PM –PMP – Project Management Professional Course, Harmony (Kenya) PM-PFP- Prince2Foundation and Practitioner Course, Harmony (Kenya) Facilities Management –
Principles and Practice, Quantum (Kenya) Attended several construction industry-related conferences. Attended several management and productivity motivational
conferences/trainings.

Currently, Mr. Asienga works with Telkom Kenya Limited as Director of Real Estate. He is responsible for managing and overseeing all of Telkom Kenya Ltd's real estate and facilities activities including strategic planning, vendor management, purchasing, budgeting, programming, site selection, financial analysis, transaction negotiations,
design and construction management, and office services; providing a single point of accountability to all real estate activities to optimize facilities, improve operations and
realize cost savings.
